Highlights
Challenges
My speech impediment. I stuttered and when someone stutters they have a really hard time forming an opinion or they just avoid taking risks when it comes to speaking.
I think the biggest challenge is understanding that change happens. You have to take the initiative, the business is not going to come to me. We have to have a system in place.
When I started my speaking business I just thought that clients would come to me because I had a website, but that’s not true, you have to make those cold calls, you have to send those emails and let them know what you do.
