Ronke Lawal is a passionate and ambitious woman. She is the founder of Ariatu PR, a former Chief Executive for the Islington Chamber of Commerce, London, a director on the board of directors at the Charted Institute of Public Relations and a Mentor for The Cherie Blair Foundation, The “Success Looks Like You” Initiative. In short, Ronke is a force to be reckoned with.
But the journey hasn’t been without its struggles and success hasn’t been handed to Ronke on a platter.
Ronke has built Ariatu PR from the ground up. From self-doubt to dealing with other people’s judgements to issues with self-worth, the PR entrepreneur has experienced her fair share of challenges.
Having now built a successful business from scratch, Ronke speaks openly and honestly about the realities of being an entrepreneur and what it really takes to succeed as a woman in business.

The world will tell you that you are not good enough, especially as a woman in business. We see that with the gender pay gap and the ethnic pay gap as well.
