Sophia Wood Massicotte
Sophia Wood Massicotte is an Embodiment Mentor, Threshold Guide, and Founder of Alkimia Embodied Healing Arts, a space devoted to helping women reconnect with their inner wisdom, authentic rhythm, and innate capacity for transformation.
Drawing from a blend of contemplative and somatic practices, ritual, and cyclical living, she supports women in navigating life’s transitions with greater self-trust, clarity, and embodiment. Through private mentorship, group programs, women’s circles, workshops, and retreats, Sophia creates spaces for meaningful growth, healing, and integration.
Her work is rooted in the belief that a fulfilling and aligned life is cultivated not through constant striving, but through a deeper connection to the body’s wisdom, intuition, and the natural cycles that shape our lives.

What I'm Known For
Philosophy
My work is rooted in the belief that the connection, love, and clarity we seek already exist within us. Rather than focusing on fixing ourselves, I guide women in remembering who they are beneath the layers of conditioning, expectations, and inherited patterns that may no longer serve them.
I believe transformation happens through awareness, embodiment, and consistent devotional practice—not through perfection. The body holds profound intelligence, and when we learn to listen to its signals, honor our natural rhythms, and meet our shadows with curiosity, we create the conditions for greater ease, presence, and authentic self-expression.
Two principles guide my work: “Become the change you wish to see” and “Shed the shit to reveal what’s real.” Together, they reflect the balance of personal responsibility and self-compassion that I bring to every space I facilitate. I encourage women to take ownership of the power in their thoughts, words, and actions, and to honor their sensitivity along the way.
At its heart, my approach is about keeping things simple and sacred—creating meaningful rituals, cultivating self-trust, and living in greater alignment with our values, our bodies, and the natural cycles of life. When we do, living becomes less about striving and more about showing up authentically from a place of truth and wholeness.
