Paula Margulis
Paula Margulis is a Perception & Leadership Strategist who works at the intersection of awareness, decision-making, and transformation. Her work centers on how individuals interpret their experiences—and how those interpretations shape the way they lead, choose, and move through their lives.
With a professional background spanning veterinary medicine, business and marketing, project management, and over a decade in real estate, Paula brings a grounded, real-world understanding of both personal and professional dynamics. Across every role, a consistent thread has emerged: an ability to listen deeply, identify patterns beneath the surface, and introduce perspectives that create clarity and meaningful change.
Paula’s approach is both precise and deeply human. She does not rely on prescribed frameworks or surface-level solutions, but instead creates space for people to see more clearly—often for the first time. From that place, new possibilities emerge naturally.
Through her work, writing, and conversations, Paula invites others to reconnect with themselves and lead from a place of alignment, clarity, and self-trust.
Professional Background & Training
My professional background spans almost 3 decades across veterinary medicine, business and marketing, project management, real estate, and leadership development. While the industries have evolved, the core of my work has remained consistent—understanding how people think, decide, and move through complex situations.
I began my career in veterinary medicine, where I developed a strong foundation in care, precision, and high-pressure decision-making. From there, I transitioned into business and marketing roles, leading teams, managing projects, and driving strategic initiatives across multiple organizations.
For more than a decade, I have worked in real estate, guiding clients through high-stakes decisions, negotiations, and life transitions. This experience deepened my ability to navigate both the practical and emotional dimensions of change.
Across every role, I have been drawn to leadership—supporting individuals and teams in seeing more clearly, making aligned decisions, and moving forward with confidence. My current work brings these experiences together through a refined focus on perception, leadership, and transformation.

What I'm Known For
Philosophy
My work is grounded in a simple, but often overlooked truth: we don’t experience life as it is—we experience life through the meaning we assign to it.
Every decision, reaction, and outcome is shaped not just by what is happening but by how it is being interpreted. Most of the time, those interpretations go unquestioned. They feel fixed, factual, and true. But when we begin to look more closely, it becomes clear that there is always more than one way to see a situation—and that shift in perspective can change everything.
I don’t approach my work by trying to fix behavior or prescribe solutions. Instead, I focus on creating the conditions for clarity. Through deep listening and precise reflection, I support people in seeing the patterns and assumptions shaping their experience. From that place, something naturally reorganizes.
Change, then, is no longer something to force or manage. It becomes a byproduct of seeing more clearly.
At its core, my work is about returning people to themselves—so they can lead, decide, and move forward from a place that is aligned, intentional, and true.
