Megan Winkler
Megan Winkler is the author of Breaking Up with Burnout and host of the Glow Up Revolution Podcast, and she’s done pretending that a bubble bath and a planner are going to fix what’s actually wrong. She works with perimenopausal women who have spent decades doing everything for everyone else and are finally ready to put themselves first, guilt-free. Through astrology, Human Design, and energy healing combined with trauma-informed tools, Megan helps women identify their burnout patterns, reclaim their energy, and step back into their own lives.

What I'm Known For
Philosophy
Burnout isn’t a willpower problem, a time management problem, or a YOU problem. It’s what happens when a woman has spent years — sometimes decades — running on the expectations of everyone around her while quietly ignoring her own. The conditioning runs deep here, and by the time most women find me, they’ve already seen their doctors, tried the supplements, downloaded the apps, and still feel like they’re running on fumes.
That’s because the missing piece isn’t another productivity hack. It’s the energetic and emotional work that no prescription can touch. My approach blends the practical with the magickal: astrology, Human Design, and energy healing alongside trauma-informed tools that are actually grounded in science and how your nervous system works. I’m not here to spiritually bypass the hard stuff or hand you a pretty journal prompt and call it healing. I’m here to help you do the real work: identifying the patterns that are draining you, reconnecting with your own desires and instincts, and rebuilding a life that doesn’t require you to disappear inside it.
We’re not talking about an abstract transformation here, either. I want your work with me to show up in your lab results. I want you to have something new to tell your therapist. I want you to feel like yourself again, not the version of yourself that learned to perform okayness, but the one who actually is.
