Felicia Shanken is a seasoned entrepreneur, international speaker, women’s empowerment strategist, digital futures leader, and former healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in medical imaging, diagnostic radiology, CT, and MRI. She successfully transitioned from corporate healthcare into full time entrepreneurship, building multiple thriving businesses from the ground up.
She is the Founder and CEO of Philadelphia Women’s Network Connection, LLC, PWNC Foundation, Inc., and PWNC Digital Futures™, organizations dedicated to women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, digital innovation, and economic empowerment.
Felicia’s educational background includes an Associate of Science in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy University and an Associate of Science in Radiologic Technology from Bellevue Hospital School of Radiologic Technology in New York.

My core philosophy is rooted in the belief that empowerment is not just about inspiration, it is about access, education, opportunity, and action. I believe women, especially those navigating career transitions, entrepreneurship, or reinvention later in life, deserve the tools, strategies, confidence, and support to build lives and businesses on their own terms.
I approach my work through a lens of leadership, innovation, authenticity, and service. Success is not one size fits all, and I believe every woman’s journey, experience, and voice matters. My role is to help individuals recognize their value, embrace change, leverage technology responsibly, and position themselves for sustainable growth and impact.
As someone who transitioned from healthcare into entrepreneurship, I understand firsthand the challenges, fears, and resilience required to start over, pivot, and build something meaningful. That lived experience shapes how I teach, speak, mentor, and lead.
In a rapidly evolving digital world, I believe learning, adaptability, collaboration, and human connection remain essential. My work is centered on helping women not only survive change but confidently lead through it, create opportunities, and build legacies that extend beyond themselves and positively impact their communities.
