Cheryl Meyer
Cheryl Meyer once lived with multiple autoimmune diseases and the daily pain of chronic illness. Determined to reclaim her health, she researched the connection between toxins, nutrition, and wellness and made significant lifestyle changes that transformed her life. By eliminating toxins and embracing whole organic foods while “eating the rainbow,” Cheryl reversed Fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s, fatty liver disease, and Type II Diabetes. She also lost 80 pounds without dieting.
Her healing journey inspired her to return to school at 67 so she could help others do the same. Today, at 77, Cheryl says she feels better than she did in her 50s.
Cheryl is passionate about helping others return to wellness through practical, sustainable lifestyle changes focused on reducing toxins, nourishing the body, and supporting long-term wellbeing.
