Caren Carnegie
Caren Carnegie is the Founder of Transform Fitness Coaching and an Intuitive Momentum Coach guiding people into a new era of self-awareness, embodiment, and personal leadership. Her work challenges traditional ideas of “fitness,” inviting individuals to reconnect with the intelligence of their body and rediscover the momentum that already exists within them.
After nearly two decades working closely with people in health care, Caren developed a deep understanding of how physical tension, emotional experience, and life circumstances shape the way we move through the world. Following a strong inner call to expand her work, she created Transform Fitness Coaching — a space dedicated to helping people listen more deeply to themselves and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Today, Caren’s work bridges movement, awareness, and intuitive guidance, supporting individuals who are ready to live more consciously and lead themselves from within. She is also an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, where she writes about the evolving relationship between fit-ness, human potential, and embodied leadership.
Professional Background & Training
Caren Carnegie has spent nearly two decades working closely with people in health and wellness. Her early career in the dental field provided years of one-to-one client care, where she developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the body, stress, posture, and overall well-being.
Over time, Caren felt a strong inner pull to expand her work beyond clinical care and into a more holistic approach to human health and self-awareness. This led her to found Transform Fitness Coaching, where she now guides individuals toward a deeper relationship with their body, their awareness, and their personal momentum.
Caren is a Certified Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro and holds a Spiritual Life Coach certification from Transformation Academy. She is also an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine, where she writes about the evolving understanding of “fit-ness” as an integrated body–mind–soul experience.
What I'm Known For
Philosophy
My work is rooted in a simple but often forgotten truth: the body has always been on our side.
For many years, fitness has been approached as something to control, correct, or push through. We have been taught to override the body in pursuit of an idea of health rather than developing a relationship with it. My philosophy challenges that approach by inviting people to reconnect with the intelligence already within them.
I often describe this as reimagining “fit-ness” not as an idea or aesthetic, but as a state of being — what I call fit-ness as frequency. When the body, awareness, and intention move in coherence, our actions, choices, and expressions begin to change naturally.
Movement becomes more than exercise. It becomes a language through which the body communicates, processes, and expresses life.
Through my work, I guide individuals to listen more deeply to themselves, to trust the signals of their body, and to move forward with intuitive momentum. When people reconnect with this internal guidance, they begin to experience greater clarity, resilience, and self-leadership.
I believe we are entering a new era of understanding the human experience — one where the body is no longer something to fix, but something to partner with in living fully.
