Annie Scranton spent her former career as a producer, booking for major networks such as CNN, Fox News, CNBC, MSNBC & ABC. Everything was going great until the show she was working on got canceled. In her search to find another job opportunity, Annie reached out to her network. What she didn’t realize was that this seemingly unfortunate event in her career would lead her to make an unexpected and unplanned pivot, leading to the launch of Pace PR, a full-service Media Communications and PR firm based in New York. Since it’s launch in 2010, Pace PR has become a leading firm, with clients in New York, London, and DC.

On starting a business
Just keep going, if you believe in yourself and if you believe in the product, don’t listen to the naysayers
On taking opportunities
We all have different ways in which we can grow in our careers and it’s not always a linear path and sometimes the non-linear path leads to the greatest parts of life
